Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage

detailed project schedules

using Primavera P6 / MS Project Develop

baseline programs, catch-up plans, and recovery schedules

Monitor

project progress

, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions Coordinate with

project, execution, QA/QC, billing, and procurement teams

Track

resource deployment

, productivity, and milestone achievements Prepare

weekly and monthly progress reports

for management and clients Conduct

delay analysis

and support claims / EOT documentation Ensure alignment of planning activities with

site execution

Attend project review meetings and support senior management decision-making BE / BTech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) Minimum

10+ years of experience

in planning & project controls Strong experience in

high-rise building construction projects

Must have worked with

construction contracting companies

(not builders) Proficient in

Primavera P6 and MS Project

Good understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing Strong coordination and communication skills
