Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Project Planning Manager

with strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting for construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of project documentation, and hands-on experience with Primavera and MSP.

Experience in handling large-scale fit-out projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and update

detailed project schedules

using Primavera and MS Project. Prepare

baseline schedules

, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules. Coordinate closely with project execution teams to ensure alignment between planning and on-site progress. Monitor project progress and prepare

weekly and monthly progress reports

. Prepare and manage

project budgets

, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts. Perform cost control, variance analysis, and support management with accurate MIS reports. Track key milestones, critical paths, and resource utilization. Prepare, review, and maintain

project documentation

including schedules, reports, and dashboards. Identify project risks and delays and recommend mitigation measures. Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, consultants, and clients.
Desired Skills & Competencies

Expertise in

project planning, scheduling, and budgeting

. Strong working knowledge of

Primavera P6 and MS Project (MSP)

. Good understanding of

project documentation and reporting systems

. Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines.
Preferred Candidate Profile

B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. 10-15 years of relevant experience in project planning and controls.

Experience in handling large-scale fit-out projects is an added advantage.

Exposure to construction, infrastructure, or corporate interior projects preferred.

Pay: ?65,000.00 - ?85,000.00 per year
