Planning Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify selection gap by working with marketplace POC\'s and internal selection data.
- Build an option plan with target costings to share with buying team for adding the requisite selection.
- Scale up and improve the catalogue quality on marketplaces, leading to better Cx and conversion.
- Work with the Inventory team to ensure in stock and replication of top styles across warehouses.
- Identify replacement products by using data and visual verification, for any key styles which are no longer replenishable.
- Partner with revenue/marketing team to plan and build visibility to new launches that have been made live to drive traffic and conversion of the cohort and gain GMV share.
- Work on efficiency metrics for clusters managed, like returns, margins, conversion.
- Growth in GMV share of the gap segments
- Margin improvement for styles that gain momentum within gaps
- Excellence in Catalogue Quality scores on Marketplaces, building and maintaining them at higher than 95%
Ideal Candidate:
- Someone with experience with fashion categories and exposure to Ecommerce business
- Strong aptitude with numbers and clear understanding of category
- Ability to communicate persuasively, influentially, and responsibly across a cross-functional team
- Excels in team environments and in building / developing strong interpersonal relationships, while maintaining an individual determination to accomplish goals
- Strong organizational skills - ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
