Purpose of Position


To develop, monitor and update the integrated project schedule, ensuring synchronization of works across towers, bungalows and external infra.


Major Responsibilities

Prepare master project schedule and update PERT/CPM charts. Track physical and financial progress against baseline. Integrate contractor work programs into overall PMC schedule. Identify bottlenecks, risks, and propose mitigation strategies. Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for client review. Support resource leveling and optimization.

Qualification and Experience



Graduate in Civil Engineering with 10-12 years in Project control's experience in the construction of Residential/commercial / institutional buildings, roads and Infrastructure; and exposure to PERT and CPM techniques

Skills & Qualities:



Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera/MS Project). Analytical mindset with forecasting ability. Good documentation and reporting skills. * Detail orientation and problem-solving attitude.
