Cost Management

Preparation and Submission of Cost to completion of the project Publishing of CTC in ERP/SAP Preparation of year end estimate(YEE), Annual Operating Plan(AOP) Budget Revision in ERP/SAP

Knowledge Management

Identification of new technologies and construction methodologies Knowledge sharing workshops on new tools and technologies Quarterly key learning workshops and update key learning repository

Client / Vendor communication reply

Client / Vendor inward and outward Letters tracking Client inward and outward Letters / Reply Vendor inward and outward Letters / Reply MIS on Inward / outward letters sent/ received
