Job Description

1. Coordinate with channel partners and customers for timely BOQ submission, site execution, and smooth workflow.

2. Ensure timely installations/inspections as per BSL SOP, including I-Base creation and proper documentation.

3. Handle SAP work order creation, GRN processing, and follow-up for bills with channel partners.

4. Monitor Sites, track progress, resolve field-level issues and ensure site readiness.

5. Conduct installation audits as per Blue Star Quality SOP and ensure quality compliance.

6. Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports with stakeholders and ensure adherence to company standards and safety guidelines.
