We are looking for a

Planning Head

with strong experience in the

garments (woven) industry

. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in

production planning, capacity management, and process optimization

within garment manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee production planning and scheduling for woven garment manufacturing. Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams to ensure timely order execution. Monitor factory capacity, plan resource allocation, and manage workflow. Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement efficiency improvements. Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Lead, mentor, and manage the planning team to meet company objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum

8+ years of experience

in garment production planning (woven segment is a must). Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and supply chain. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in ERP or production planning software is preferred.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
