Strategic Plan Development:

Creating and updating strategic plans and roadmaps to align with the company's overall mission and objectives.

Demand Forecasting & Analysis:

Accurately forecasting future demand for products or services, which is crucial for effective planning.

Resource Allocation:

Managing the efficient distribution and utilization of resources (human, financial, and material) to support strategic goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Working with various departments and external stakeholders to gather information, gain buy-in, and ensure coordinated efforts.
