Prepare production plans based on customer orders, priority, and capacity availability
Create and maintain Time & Action (T&A) plans for each order
Coordinate with Knitting / Dyeing / Finishing / teams for smooth workflow
Monitor WIP (Work In Progress) at each process stage
Track order status and update delays and bottlenecks
coordination with Sales, Purchase & Production
Prepare daily / weekly planning and dispatch reports
Create Order Sheet and Purchase Order in Erp
