Job Description

Prepare detailed project plans and schedules using

MS Project / Primavera P6

Develop

WBS, bar charts, milestones

, and resource planning Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly Identify critical paths, delays, and suggest corrective actions Prepare

BOQs, quantity take-offs

, and detailed cost estimates Analyze tender drawings, specifications, and scope of work Prepare

rate analysis

for materials, labor, and machinery Assist in

tendering, cost comparison, and finalization

Prepare project budgets and track

cost vs. budget

Support

variation, extra item, and claim analysis

Coordinate with site, procurement, billing, and consultants Prepare

weekly/monthly progress and planning reports

Assist in cash flow forecasting and resource allocation Maintain planning, estimation, and cost control documentation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?30,000.00 per month
