Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare and share the

daily labor report

and

daily project report

in all site groups, ensuring updates on the total number of projects and their current status in relevant team groups. Collect and maintain accurate

material consumption reports

for each project site. Provide

induction and orientation

to new site engineers regarding their roles and responsibilities. Prepare and submit the

Work in Progress (WIP) report

to the Reporting Manager regularly. Update and maintain the

stock and asset report

at the start of every month. Learn and implement

Primavera P6 software

for project scheduling and tracking. Track the status of new projects as per the

agreement sheet

and keep stakeholders informed. Prepare and share

weekly delay lists

,

monthly delay lists

, and compile reports on

site visits

by coordinators to the Reporting Manager. Work on the

project target sheet

, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are monitored effectively. Kannada is mandatory
