Key Responsibilities

Planning and monitoring of micro level project schedule (both design and construction) through WBS, based on the inputs from Project Manager Progress status reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis Issuing early alerts for potential delays and workout catch-up plans Ensure timely issue and receipt of documents as per schedule Experience and demonstrated skill in performing, monitoring, reviewing and presenting project planning and scheduling functions, which include schedule development, schedule analysis with demonstrated skill in establishing criteria, planning and supervising project scheduling activities Knowledge of engineering, construction and business management techniques customarily acquired by prolonged course of specialized instruction. Knowledge of current 'Building' industry and technical developments Supervision level experience in the field of planning and scheduling

Pay: Up to ?60,000.00 per month
