Planning Engineer/ Senior Planning Engineer/ Planning Manager.

Hiring Multiple positions for Planning Department (Construction Industry) for Leading construction company.

Locations: Chennai, Bengaluru

Experience: 5-25 Years

No of positions: 4

Qualification: Diploma or BE./B.Tech Civil Engineering

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop project execution plans with targets and timelines.

Create project schedules, including materials, labor, and equipment requirements.

Prepare cost estimates and control project budgets.

Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies.

Track project progress and monitor performance against the schedule.

Identify and resolve delays.

Ensure the quality of work and compliance with safety regulations.

Perform site inspections and quality control checks.

Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors.

Coordinate activities across different teams to ensure seamless project flow.

Attend meetings and prepare project reports and documentation.Maintain project records, such as meeting minutes.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with planning and ability to create projects

Ability to analyze and interpret drawings and reports
