We are hiring a Planning Engineer to manage project scheduling, tracking, and coordination for our real estate projects. The role involves preparing and updating project schedules, monitoring progress, identifying delays, and preparing recovery plans to ensure timely completion of residential and commercial developments. The candidate will coordinate closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors, monitor resources and procurement schedules, and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management. The role also includes ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and RERA regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in project planning for real estate or construction projects.
