Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Vertical:

Oversee the entire vertical to ensure smooth

planning, execution, control, and dispatch

Machine-Level Tracking:

Prepare and maintain a

detailed tracker

for each machine to monitor progress closely against plan.

Timely Escalations & Contingency Planning:

Raise

red flags

proactively wherever delays or deviations are identified and develop

contingency plans

to bridge gaps between plan and actual.

Material Availability & Movement:

Ensure

timely, stage-wise material availability

in coordination with procurement, and drive

systematic material movement

from receipt stores to main stores to reduce cycle time.

Shortage Management:

Prepare and publish

material shortage lists

and track their closure within defined timelines.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Maintain strong coordination and follow-up with

AE, A&C, Manufacturing, Stores, QC, and Dispatch

teams for smooth project execution.

Dispatch Plan Adherence:

Ensure strict

adherence to the monthly dispatch plan

and proactively address any risks to timelines.

Engineering Change Control:

Act promptly on

ECNs released by Design

to maintain accurate stock and avoid discrepancies.

Excess Material Return:

Track and coordinate the

return of excess materials

to stores after machine dispatch in coordination with the assembly team.

Material Requisition & Issuance Planning:

Provide

Material Requisition (MR) lists

to stores and prepare

issuance plans

(daily, weekly, monthly) covering sub-assembly, assembly, and FAT activities -- ensuring timely execution.

Inventory Control & Ownership: Monitor, control, and take ownership of inventory

at the respective vertical location as per dispatch and production requirements.

Experience - 6 to 8 yrs
