Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.

Construction Management

:

- Monitor and control construction progress, identifying and mitigating potential delays.

- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure compliance with project plans.

3.

Scheduling and Timeline Management

:

- Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and minimizing delays.

- Develop and implement recovery plans when necessary.

4.

Budgeting and Cost Control

:

- Assist in budgeting and cost control, ensuring project expenses align with approved budgets.

- Identify areas for cost optimization and propose solutions.

5.

Stakeholder Management:

- Communicate project progress and plans to stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.

- Ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met.

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
