Required Skill Set

Knowledge of Building work , Specially Residential building

Architect with AutoCad,

Good Drafting speed and accuracy in AutoCAD

Planning, Project Management, Client Handling

Sound knowledge of Vaastu

Civil Engineer, Draftsman, Diploma holder

Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings manually and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications

Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects

Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers.

Specifying the requirements for the project

Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction

Playing a part in project and team management

Consult with clients to determine their requirements

Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions

Aligns team goals with those of the company vision. has to maintain an attitude towards clients

: B. Arch, Degree or Diploma in Civil
