The Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure timely project execution. The role involves coordinating with project teams to plan activities, track progress, analyze delays, and support effective project delivery in line with contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans
Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly
Analyze schedule variances, critical paths, and delays
Prepare progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, and dashboards
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and site teams
Support claims, extension of time (EOT), and delay analysis when required
Ensure planning activities comply with contract and project requirements
Participate in progress meetings and provide planning input
Maintain proper planning documentation and records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?700,000.00 per year
