and Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a Planning Engineer with 1 to 2 years of experience in Production Planning & Control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily planning activities, monitoring production schedules, maintaining dashboards, and ensuring timely communication across departments to support smooth operations and on-time delivery. Reporting To: Planning Manager Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate: 1. Production Planning & Updates o Enter new Job Assignments (JA) into Central Planning and Dashboard. o Update Central Planning with: o Hose Inward Plan o Hose Outward Status o FGS from Packing o Fitting Status o Interlock Status o Plan and schedule inward, outward, and braiding activities in the absence of the reporting manger

2. Monitoring & Coordination o Track monthly production plan vs. actual performance and escalate concerns to ensure ontime delivery. o Update dashboards and submit daily ESHO reports before noon. o Respond to emails from Sales and other departments within the required timelines. o Coordinate with the Purchase Department to ensure timely material availability and communicate shortages, rejections, or rework needs. 3. Analysis & Process Improvement o Understand Sales Orders (SO) and prepare time schedules to meet delivery targets. o Analyse ongoing SO processes, monitor performance, identify issues, and resolve them when within authority. o Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams for smooth planning execution. 4. System & Documentation o Add and release HB plans in SAP. o Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all planning activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma/ B.E Mechanical, 1-2 years of experience (Freshers with basic understanding of manufacturing processes preferably engineering/manufacturing industry can also apply). Skills & Competencies: o Knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC) o Working experience with SAP/ERP systems o Strong MS Excel skills o Understanding of manufacturing processes o Ability to monitor plan vs. actual o Good problem-solving skills o Effective communication and coordination o Strong follow-up ability o Good scheduling and time management o Detail-oriented and accurate o Proactive and responsible
