Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and progress reports.
Prepare project budgets, resource allocation plans, and cost forecasts.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
Track project progress using planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
Identify risks, delays, and deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in preparing DPRs, MIS reports, and progress presentations.
Support tendering, quantity estimation, and material planning activities.
Ensure adherence to design drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and clients for project updates and approvals.
Maintain accurate project documentation for management review.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
3-6 years of experience in project planning and control for civil construction projects.
