Prepare and update project schedules.

Track progress, identify delays, and prepare recovery plans.

Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors.

Monitor resources, cost, and procurement schedules.

Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and RERA regulations.

Requirements

:

B.E./ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in planning for real estate projects.

Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
