Job Description

Project Planning & Scheduling

Prepare and maintain project schedules using planning tools (Primavera/MS Project/Excel). Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for land development and construction activities. Integrate schedules across design, approvals, procurement, and execution phases.

Monitoring & Control

Track project progress against approved timelines and highlight delays, bottlenecks, and risks. Prepare recovery plans and corrective action measures to ensure timely project completion. Update schedules periodically and communicate changes to stakeholders.
3.

Coordination & Reporting

Collaborate with project execution, legal, finance, and liaison teams to ensure inter-departmental alignment. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations on project progress for senior management. Conduct regular review meetings with project teams to assess performance and timelines.
4.

Resource, Budget & Cost Optimization

Assist in planning manpower, materials, and machinery requirements in coordination with respective teams. Identify opportunities for cost savings through efficient planning and resource allocation. Prepare project budgets and assist in cost estimation for infrastructure and building works, tenders, business development projects, etc.
5.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all project schedules are in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Maintain proper documentation of project plans, revisions, approvals, and status reports.
6.

Risk Management

Identify schedule-related risks and propose mitigation measures. Support management in evaluating the impact of design, approval, or external delays on overall project timelines.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
