Planning Engineer

Qualification:

BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering PG in Construction management is desirable
Experience:

3-8 years of relevant experience

:

Preparation of project plan & project budget Implementation of project plan & ensure logical sequencing of plan
based on resources

Planning resources, arrangement & allocation of resources as per the
project plan

Monitor construction schedule & highlights anticipated delays /
deviations in advance

? Preparation of method statement & submission to management / clients

/ consultants for approval

Regular interaction with sub-contractors for progress review Preparation of time cycle charts of major activities of work Conduct progress review meetings at regular intervals. Analyse the gaps between the planned vs actual and highlight the areas
needing attention for the action of the project team.

Responsible for Budgeting / ACE (Acceptable Cost Estimate) Periodic review of JCR (Job cost review)
Desired profile:

The candidate must have hands on experience in Planning & Budgeting
(ACE) for high rise residential & commercial towers

Candidate must have working knowledge of MS Project and Primavera
