About the Role

We are hiring a

Planning Engineer

to join our project team. You will be responsible for

planning, scheduling, and monitoring

residential and commercial projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Prepare and update

project schedules

using MS Project / Primavera P6 Plan and track work phases for

RCC, Finishes, MEP, Aluminium Formwork

Monitor

daily/weekly/monthly progress

vs. planned timelines Coordinate with

site engineers, contractors, and project managers

Prepare

progress reports, resource plans, and delay analysis

Track

material and manpower requirements

Identify risks and delays, and suggest corrective actions
Requirements

BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering

(or related field)

6-15 years

of experience in planning or project control roles in construction/real estate Hands-on experience in

high-rise residential projects

preferred Strong knowledge of

MS Project / Primavera P6

Familiarity with

RCC, Finishing, MEP, and Aluminium Formwork systems

Good communication and reporting skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
