Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.


Coordinate with design, execution, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.


Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and resource histograms.


Conduct critical path analysis, risk identification, and propose mitigation measures.


Track actual progress against planned timelines and update baselines as required.


Work closely with the site team to gather real-time data and adjust plans accordingly.


Utilize

advanced Excel functions

, dashboards, and formulas for data tracking and reporting.


Participate in client and internal review meetings and present planning updates.


Support tender planning and resource estimation during the pre-bid stage when required.

Key Requirements:

Education:

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

3-4 years in planning, preferably in formwork, civil engineering, or EPC projects.

Software Proficiency:

Primavera P6 / MS Project / Asta Powerproject

Advanced Excel

(pivot tables, macros, dashboards, lookups, etc.)


A basic understanding of

AutoCAD

or engineering drawings is a plus.


Strong understanding of construction/formwork workflows and site coordination.


Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.


Ability to work independently under deadlines and adapt to fast-paced project environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
