Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.

? Coordinate with design, execution, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

? Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and resource histograms.

? Conduct critical path analysis, risk identification, and propose mitigation measures.

? Track actual progress against planned timelines and update baselines as required.

? Work closely with the site team to gather real-time data and adjust plans accordingly.

? Utilize

advanced Excel functions

, dashboards, and formulas for data tracking and reporting.

? Participate in client and internal review meetings and present planning updates.

? Support tender planning and resource estimation during the pre-bid stage when required.

Key Requirements:

Education:

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

?

Experience:

3-4 years in planning, preferably in formwork, civil engineering, or EPC projects.

Software Proficiency:

?

Primavera P6 / MS Project / Asta Powerproject

?

Advanced Excel

(pivot tables, macros, dashboards, lookups, etc.)

? A basic understanding of

AutoCAD

or engineering drawings is a plus.

? Strong understanding of construction/formwork workflows and site coordination.

? Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

? Ability to work independently under deadlines and adapt to fast-paced project environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
