Job Title: Planning Engineer (Third Party Role)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring timely completion within budget, and maintaining the highest standards of compliance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Scheduling & Planning

Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using MS Project. Prepare baseline schedules, manpower histograms, and progress measurement systems. Break down project scope into Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for tracking and control.

Monitoring & Progress Tracking

Track daily/weekly project progress against the baseline plan. Identify delays, risks, and deviations; propose corrective actions. Prepare weekly, monthly progress reports (WPR/MPR).

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with project managers, site teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Attend project review meetings and provide schedule updates. Resource planning and material forecasting.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project documentation, logs, and MIS.

2. Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in

MS Project/

P6. Strong analytical and planning skills. Knowledge of project management concepts, EPC/MEP industry workflows, and Project scheduling. Good communication and coordination skills.

3. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical). 2-5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling (customizable). Experience in EPC / Construction / Infrastructure projects preferred.
