We are looking for MEP Engineer for our client in Bangalore

Exp -5-8 Yrs

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Design:

Developing and refining MEP plans, specifications, and schedules.

Coordination:

Working with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless MEP integration with the building design.

Project Management:

Managing multiple MEP projects, tracking progress, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Technical Support:

Providing technical advice to staff, contractors, and service providers on MEP system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Problem Solving:

Identifying and addressing technical issues related to MEP systems, ensuring solutions are both effective and cost-efficient.

Compliance:

Ensuring that all MEP systems comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Cost Estimation:

Preparing cost estimates for MEP systems and projects.

Documentation:

Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of MEP systems.

Communication:

Communicating effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Control:

Reviewing contractor drawings, installation method statements, and other documents to ensure adherence to MEP design plans.
Required Skills and Experience:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.

Experience:

5-8 years of professional experience in MEP-related projects is often expected.

Software Proficiency:

Strong knowledge of MEP software like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Technical Knowledge:

Expertise in building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Problem-solving Skills:

Ability to identify and solve technical issues related to MEP systems.

Communication Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.

Project Management Skills:

Ability to manage projects, track progress, and meet deadlines.

Leadership Skills:

Ability to guide and motivate teams.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all aspects of the work.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
