We are HAPBCO, one of India's leading mechanical construction companies with 75 years of experience, currently seeking a

Planning Engineer

to join our team.

As a Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and managing project plans and schedules for mechanical construction projects across India. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. Analyze project specifications and determine material and labor costs. Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in the steel, cement, or construction industry. Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (1 year) or Diploma (2-3 years). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation:

Salary is negotiable based on experience. Food and accommodation will be provided by the company.

Location:

Projects will be based across India (Pan India).
