Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and forecasts. Manage the planning team to ensure effective delivery of planning and scheduling services. Analyze and monitor project performance using appropriate tools and systems. Ensure alignment of planning strategies with organizational goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability and allocation. Prepare and present regular reports on progress, risks, and forecasts to senior management. Identify planning risks and propose mitigation strategies. Support the development of planning policies, procedures, and best practices. Oversee compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations. Evaluate and implement planning software/tools as needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Minimum of 8+years of experience in a planning or project management role. Proven experience in leadership or managerial roles. Strong proficiency in planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, ERP systems). Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
