We are seeking a Planning Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background and solid construction experience. The role focuses on project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring using CPM methodologies for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using CPM (Critical Path Method)
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays
Analyze schedule risks and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Coordinate with project management, engineering, and construction teams
Prepare regular schedule updates and progress reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2+ years of relevant planning experience
Mandatory experience in construction projects
G C C project experience preferred
Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, and project control techniques
