Progress Monitoring
: Track project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual performance, identifying any deviations or delays and proposing corrective actions.
Resource Allocation
: Coordinate with project teams to allocate resources efficiently, ensuring that manpower, materials, and equipment are available in line with project requirements.
Risk Management
: Identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies to avoid project delays and cost overruns.
Collaboration and Communication
: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Software Proficiency
: Auto-CAD, MS-Office, ETABS
Key Requirements
Experience
: 5-7 years of experience in planning engineering within the real estate or residential construction industry.
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Technical Skills
: Proficiency in project management and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and other relevant tools.
