Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Planning Engineer to join our PMC team and lead the planning and scheduling functions of large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in project planning, preferably within the PMC framework, and possess strong technical and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to align project timelines and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect actual performance.
Perform delay analysis and recommend mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present project planning reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Support cost estimation and resource planning activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Conduct site visits to validate progress and ensure schedule adherence.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycle.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for construction projects.
Proven experience in PMC environments is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other planning tools.
