Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare and monitor construction schedules using MS Project Create planning documents: S Curve, Earned Value Curve, Manpower Histogram Track project progress, critical path, and prepare impact reports Resource planning and tracking (men & material) Monitor project budget, bill vs. actual expenses, and Zero Cost Report Weekly progress analysis and reporting Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors Track drawings, material approvals, BOQ variations, and delays Support with Extension of Time documentation Monitor risks and suggest preventive measures Labour agency planning with rate analysis Quantity estimation

Required Skills:

MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD Strong in construction planning and coordination Good analytical and interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?55,000.00 per month
