Industry:

Formwork or Heavy Fabrication

Experience Required:

3-4 Years (Relevant industry only)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools Coordinate with design, execution, and procurement teams for timely milestone completion Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and look-ahead schedules Conduct critical path analysis and risk assessments with mitigation plans Track progress vs planned timelines and update baselines as required Work with site teams for real-time updates and adjust plans accordingly Utilize advanced Excel functions for project tracking and dashboard reporting Support tender planning and resource estimation during pre-bid stages

Key Requirements:

Education:

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience:

3-4 years in planning, specifically in the

formwork

or

heavy fabrication

industry (other industry experience will not be considered)

Software Skills:

Primavera P6 / MS Project / Asta Powerproject, Advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, macros, lookups, etc.)

Other Skills:

Understanding of construction/formwork workflows, basic AutoCAD knowledge, strong communication and coordination skills

Pay: Up to ?45,000.00 per month
