Study Project details; prepare the PIC Queries

Attending the PIC Review Meeting/KOM update the project full information

Attending Pre-Base Plan Meeting to prepare base Plan

Base Plan preparation

Material price update against Budget allocation for each project

Manpower, Equipment list preparation on project basis

Manpower Spend updating on each project

Material supply updating on each projects/follow-up

Site Installation updating on each projects/follow-up

Material, Manpower, Equipment follow-up and sort out any issues

Follow the Daily Reminder list; get it done and report to PM

MOM Preparation and circulate to concern departments

Weekly update the reports of Production/Engineering/Design/Site etc.

Bill Preparation for each project

Prepare the Working progress Statement: Work order against Supply, Installation and balance

Actual updating against budget; highlight if any Risk/Critical area

Monitor day-to-day work progress for a project and provide accurate weekly and monthly reports by swiftly communicating potential progress delays

Continually make comparisons between planned progress and actual progress and report any differences to operation manager.

Qualification

: Preferably Dip/ BE - Mechanical

Experience:

Minimum 4-5yrs exp in Planning in manufacturing, facade Industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
