Own project planning, progress tracking, and claim-support planning for all MIT EPC projects. Ensure work is planned in a billable manner so RA bills and claims are never delayed due to poor scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare baseline and look-ahead schedules (Primavera/MS Project) - Break work into RA-billable milestones - Track planned vs actual progress - Support EOT, variation and escalation claims - Coordinate with QS for quantities - Flag delays impacting billing
Qualifications & Experience
B.E./B.Tech Civil
6-10 years EPC/NHAI planning experience
Strong in Primavera or MS Project
