Job Summary

:
We are looking for a skilled Planning Engineer with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and resource management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with reputed construction companies and will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

:

Project Planning & Scheduling

: Develop and maintain project schedules using tools, ensuring alignment with timelines and milestones.

Resource Management

: Allocate resources (labour, materials, equipment) effectively to avoid delays and optimize productivity.

Cost Management

: Assist in cash flow preparation and monitor project costs to ensure budget adherence.

Progress Tracking

: Regularly update schedules, monitor construction progress, and report on project status, identifying delays and risks.

Risk & Stakeholder Management

: Identify project risks and work with contractors, architects, and engineers to mitigate them.

Documentation & Reporting

: Maintain project records, provide timely updates to senior management, and ensure timely MIS reporting.

Quality & Safety Compliance

: Ensure all planning activities meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Qualifications

:

Education

: B.Tech in Civil Engineering; Post-graduation/certification in Construction Management (NICMAR or similar preferred).

Experience

: Total experience 7-8Years & minimum 3 years in planning and scheduling, preferably with a reputed construction company.

Skills

: Proficient in MS Project Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost management Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:

Performance bonus
