Must Having Minimum 5 Years of Planning & scheduling Experience

Rolls and Responsibilities:-

Developing project plans, budgets, and schedules: The project manager will work with the design team to develop a detailed project plan, including project objectives, scope, schedule, and budget. Overseeing project design and construction: The project manager will oversee the design and construction of the project, ensuring that it meets the required specifications and quality standards. Managing project teams: The project manager will lead and manage project teams, including engineers, designers, and construction personnel, to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Coordinating with stakeholders: The project manager will coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and other project partners, to ensure that the project is meeting the needs of the community. Managing project risks: The project manager will identify and manage project risks, including safety risks, financial risks, and other potential issues that could impact the project. Monitoring project progress: The project manager will monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to keep the project on track. Ensuring compliance with regulations: The project manager will ensure that the project is compliant with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Handling project budget and cost control: The project manager will manage the project budget, ensuring that the project is completed within the allocated budget. Providing technical expertise: The project manager will provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, and make decisions that support the successful completion of the project. Managing project closeout and handover: The project manager will manage the project closeout process, including the final inspection, project documentation, and the handover of the completed project to the client.
