COSTRUCTION WORK EXPERIANCE CAN APPLY

Develop project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Prepare and update work program (baseline, revised, and recovery schedules). Monitor critical path activities and highlight deviations. Set work breakdown structures (WBS) and align project timelines with contract requirements. Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against the baseline. Prepare and submit progress reports, dashboards, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules. Coordinate with execution teams for daily progress updates. Conduct delay analysis and recommend recovery actions. Coordinate with procurement and site teams for timely availability of manpower, materials, and equipment. Prepare and update resource histograms. Forecast and optimize resource utilization as per project milestones. Maintain planning-related documentation such as baseline approval, extension of time (EOT) claims, and delay notifications. Ensure compliance with contract specifications and project deliverables. Assist in preparation of project close-out and handover documentation.

Skillset Requirements

Proficient in MS Project Good understanding of construction drawings and methodologies Strong analytical and reporting skills Effective communication and coordination ability Basic knowledge of contract terms and project controls
