A Civil Planning Engineer creates project master plans, schedules, and budgets, then tracks progress, manages resources, and mitigates risks to ensure civil projects (roads, bridges, buildings) finish on time and within budget, coordinating closely with managers, architects, and contractors using project management software. Key duties include developing timelines, analyzing data, ensuring safety compliance, and reporting to stakeholders, bridging design with on-site execution
