Job summary

As a Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources, and supporting project teams in planning and execution of residential real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project Scheduling

: Create and manage comprehensive project schedules in collaboration with project managers and stakeholders, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.

Resource Allocation

: Coordinate with project teams to ensure the efficient and effective allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.

Progress Monitoring

: Continuously track and report on project progress, analyzing data to identify potential delays and proposing corrective actions.

Risk Management

: Identify potential risks in project schedules and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.

Collaboration and Communication

: Facilitate effective communication between different departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project timelines and deliverables.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD
Key Requirements

Experience

: 2-5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the real estate or residential construction sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with hybrid work environments and familiarity with on-site management Additional certifications in project planning or management tools
