We are looking for a dynamic

female Planning Engineer

with 4-5 years of experience in

civil and interior fit-out projects

to work closely with our COO. The role combines project coordination with executive-level support, ideal for a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities:

Support planning and scheduling activities for civil and interior fit-out projects. Prepare project-related

PowerPoint presentations

and reports. Prepare

MOM

, and track follow-up actions. Attend internal and external meetings alongside the COO, providing necessary coordination and documentation. Follow up with internal teams and vendors to ensure project requirements and timelines are met. Perform executive assistant duties for the COO, including calendar management, documentation, and communication tracking.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 4-5 years of relevant experience, especially in planning and coordination roles. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and project planning tools (e.g., MS Project or Primavera). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
