Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive

Planning Engineer

to join our maintenance team at our site in

Bellary, Karnataka

. The candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordinating all maintenance-related activities to ensure smooth and efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules. Plan and allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment. Track and monitor maintenance progress and update schedules accordingly. Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure timely execution of work. Maintain records of maintenance activities and generate progress reports. Assist in planning for preventive and breakdown maintenance. Support the team in ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in maintenance or project planning (preferably in industrial or plant sites). Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, or Primavera. Good understanding of maintenance processes and planning techniques. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment.
