Location: Office-Based (Ahmedabad) | 4-5 Site Visits/Month
Male Candidate Preferred | Experience: 7-10 Years
Diploma/B.E. Civil | Salary: ?60,000-?70,000

For Bungalow, Villa & Residential Projects

Key Responsibilities:

Project planning, scheduling & tracking for residential projects Coordination with site teams, vendors & contractors Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports Site visits for monitoring execution & project milestones Resource planning, cost control & risk analysis

Skills Required:

MS Project / Primavera / Excel | AutoCAD Residential construction knowledge & execution experience
Strong reporting, coordination & communication skills
