: Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Salary

: ₹60,000 to ?70,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and work breakdown structures. Coordinate with site teams to ensure project milestones are met. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and project dashboards. Conduct monthly site visits (4 to 5 times) for on-ground project monitoring. Assist in resource allocation, risk analysis, and cost control planning. Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution. Track project performance and highlight deviations from plan.

Required Skills

:

Strong knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera / Excel) Familiarity with civil construction methodologies and project lifecycle Good analytical, organizational, and reporting skills Proficient in AutoCAD and project documentation Strong communication and coordination abilities
