Job Description
Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on order pipeline and machine capacity
Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Press, Purchase, and Production teams to ensure smooth workflow
Monitor raw material availability and machine scheduling
Track job progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion
Maintain OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery metrics and reporting
Generate MIS reports and production schedules
Anticipate delays and provide quick solutions
Requirements:
2-5 years of production planning experience in a
print packaging
setup (paperboard/carton/fluted box preferred) Strong understanding of offset printing, die-cutting, lamination, and pasting processes Proficiency in Excel and planning software (ERP knowledge is a plus) Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills Ability to multitask and work under tight timelinesHow to Apply:
