Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Planning & project execution, monitoring progress, reviewing contracts, quantity survey, variation of works, making & verification of contractor's monthly payment certificates. Developed project baselines; monitored, controlled projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs, quality & safety compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
• Planning Material and resources including deployment of manpower.
• Liaisoning with Government officials, Politicians and Local people for obtaining statutory clearances and approvals.
• Directing construction operations involving leading procurement (tendering / biding, estimations, techno-commercial evaluation & contract negotiation), inviting quotation, conducting codes analysis of rates & stacking / storing raw materials to ensure uninterrupted supply.

Qualifications:

• B. Tech in Civil/Electrical Engineering.
• 20+ years of experience in project management activities in pump storage projects.
