Prepare, verify, and process contractors'/subcontractors' bills as per work executed.
Maintain records of measurements (MB - Measurement Book) and certify quantities.
Reconcile quantities between client bills, subcontractor bills, and purchase records.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, drawings, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and technical specifications.
Coordinate with site engineers for work progress updates and measurement verification.
Assist in preparing RA (Running Account) bills, final bills, and variation claims.
Verify and certify extra items/variation works as per contract conditions.
Maintain cost control and support in preparing cash flow and project billing forecasts.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and finance departments for timely certification and payment.
Maintain proper documentation of billing records, work orders, and agreements.
