Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Planning Engineer

to manage project planning, billing, costing, and reporting activities. The candidate will be responsible for client and subcontractor billing, RA bills, cost control, and daily MIS/DPR reporting to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation and submission of

Client Billing

Sub-Contractor Billing

and verification Preparation, certification, and verification of

Running Account (RA) Bills

Estimating and Costing

of project works

Monthly Reconciliation

of quantities, materials, and costs Preparation and submission of

Daily Progress Reports (DPR)

and

Management Information System (MIS)

on a daily basis Coordination with site, finance, and project teams Monitoring project progress and cost variance Ensuring billing accuracy as per contract terms and BOQ

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

3-8 years in Planning & Billing (EPC / Construction background preferred) Strong knowledge of

BOQ, RA Bills, Client & Subcontractor billing

Proficiency in

MS Excel, MS PPT / Primavera (preferred)

Skills Required

Strong analytical and numerical skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good coordination and communication skills Ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred Candidate

Immediate joiners preferred

Experience in EPC / Infrastructure projects Local candidates will be an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
