Based in Mumbai, we cater to a wide range of industries such as industrial, commercial, institutional, corporate offices, retail showrooms, malls, residential high-rise towers, developers, bungalows, hotels, hospitals, theaters, auditoriums, recording studios, warehouses, chemicals, and pharmaceutical projects. We have the necessary infrastructure, strategic business capabilities, highly qualified and experienced human resources, and valid registrations with all government and semi-government and local bodies. Role Description Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent drafting software Experience in preparing detailed drawings, plans and diagrams for electrical, ELV, fire fighting & plumbing projects Knowledge of relevant codes and standards in the field of MEP engineering Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the project team Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent Experience in BIM and 3D modeling is an advantage Knowledge of sustainable design and energy-efficient engineering practices is a plus
